In this life it seems there is no time for change. Buddha quotes “Everything changes, nothing remains without change.” (Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta, the founder of Buddhism, 563-483 B.C.); but that was only cause he sat around allot!
We must allow change, change in our lives and in our hearts. Let not your hearts be hardened as in the provocation. But rather soften your hearts to change.
Even as we change our minds commending them towards God, the Lord is never changing. He is our Rock, his words will stand forever, he will never change, of that we can be sure. Weather we live or die, it is for Christ; we are bought with a price, and our ever changing minds are not our own. If I do well, and my heart does not approve, I should not fret, for our hearts are deceiver's, and being deceived. Therefore seek every man not what is his own, but for another mans well fair. Not for thievery, but for the good. Not in covetousness, but rather in humble adoration, changing our hearts and minds to love God with all ones heart, and your brothers as yourselves. As it is written "Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consists not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth." Luke 12:15
But what sayeth he then, what does a mans life consist of ? What is that righteous thing a man should be, that would be worth more than all this covetousness.
for as men we know that materiel things are worth the fight. Things like honour, and love for example. Nay but many things are worth the fight, it's just that this is not all a man is, nor can be. Reach therefore to the Heavens, and search again the Lords grace peradventure he might forgive thee, and also leave a blessing behind. May our Lord be with you in your hearts until we speak again.
